Return & Refund Policy – Bombay Crystal
At **Bombay Crystal**, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every crystal and spiritual product is carefully checked before shipping. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
## Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
* The product received is **damaged or defective**
* The **wrong item** has been delivered
To request a return, customers must contact us **within 48 hours of delivery** with:
* A clear **unboxing video**
* Product photos showing the issue
**Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.**
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Used or damaged products after delivery
* Customised or personalised items
* Natural variations in crystals such as **colour, shape, size, or texture**
Please note that crystals are natural stones, and slight variations are normal and **not considered defects**.
## Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received:
* Refunds will be processed within **3–5 business days**
* The amount will be credited to the **original payment method**
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
## Replacements
If the product is available in stock, we may provide a **replacement instead of a refund**, based on customer preference.
